Another Oz Comic Con done – spending two days celebrating all things genre and pop culture!

I did a fun panel with authors Katie Fraser and Kylie Chan, managed to watch some of the other Q&As, wandered around the convention checking out all the stalls, and sold and signed a bunch of books!

Thank you to the returning readers picking up more of my books, or bringing books in for me to sign, and thank you to all the new readers I met who are giving my books a go!

As usual, thank you to OZ Comic Con’s Jess, all the fabulous volunteers, and the organisers for having me back. And to all the lovely writers and artists I got to hang with, especially my table neighbours Scott Wilson (and the Indigiverse crew), and Madeline Te Whiu!

I think my highlight of the weekend was a visit from Aurora reader, Paul, who’s been buying two Aurora books each convention. He came up to me this convention and said “I can’t believe you killed [redacted]!” Needless to say he then picked up Eden and Decima to find out what happens next! Aurora readers will know what that means.
