Another Supanova done and another great weekend meeting and chatting to readers, cosplayers, creators and entertainers of all kinds. Thanks to the Supanova crew for running a tight ship, the QBD Books crew and to all the volunteers for their help, and especially to our Literary Manager – Paige Belfield.

My highlight over the weekend was chatting to a woman who had bought The Subjugate at another convention, who then convinced her book club (who don’t like science fiction) to read it – – and they loved it! She said they normally talk about the books for maybe an hour, but they talked about my book all night. This was awesome to hear!

Of course, it’s always a highlight to see returning readers coming back for more books (shoutout to Squizzie who has bought every book I’ve ever written, and also the ‘Super-Sister’ always buying my books for herself and her sister), and also to meet new readers who I hope will enjoy my work.
