I’m absolutely thrilled to have been shortlisted for the 2020 Western Australian Writer’s Fellowship as part of the Premier’s Book Awards.

The Premier’s Book Awards support, develop and recognise excellence in writing. The $60,000 Western Australian Writer’s Fellowship is one of the most valuable awards in Australian arts and open to writers of any style, medium or genre. The recipient will be announced in August.

Amanda is an award-winning novelist and screenwriter. She is author of several novels, including THE SUBJUGATE which is being developed for TV by Anonymous Content and Aquarius Films, and PANDEMIC: PATIENT ZERO which is the first novel based on the award-winning board game, Pandemic. She is also a two-time feature film pitch finalist for Universal (AU) and AACTA/Screenworks.
