I have news, folks. The release of my novel PANDEMIC: PATIENT ZERO, the first novel in the award-winning tabletop board game PANDEMIC universe, has been delayed due to <<gestures at the world>>. I don’t have the new release date as yet, but as soon as I do, I’ll let you know. Trust my luck to write a pandemic novel in 2019, only to then have a real pandemic turn the world upside down before its release.

In other news the release of my short story in the WARHAMMER 40K universe has also been delayed to 2022.

As a writer it’s gut-wrenching to have these delays after working so hard and spending so much time researching and writing these two tie-in works, but unfortunately these things happen. If there’s one thing 2020 taught me, it was to acknowledge the ‘circle of control’ – the things I have power to change and the things I don’t, and not to tie myself up in knots over the things I can’t control. And I definitely can’t control what’s happening in the world right now.

Let’s hope the vaccines being rolled out help put an end to this madness and things can return to normal soon.

In the meantime, if you’d like to show your support for me and my writing, please tell your friends about my books, and if possible please leave a rating or review online where you can. I’d really appreciate it.

And right now, I kinda need it.

Thank you.
