Last weekend I had the pleasure of being a guest at Oz Comic Con in Perth. Although the convention was smaller than last year, I managed to sell more books than the previous year. Go figure!

The greatest thing about these conventions is the direct connection I get with readers – meeting new ones and seeing returning ones. I especially love it when a new reader buys one of my books on the Saturday, then comes back the next day to buy the rest of the series – and that happened twice this past weekend! It’s a great feeling to know readers are enjoying my work!
